Marauder is a general-purpose automation tool. It does not host content and does not ship with any pre-configured tracker URLs. What you choose to monitor and download is your responsibility and subject to the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of service of the trackers you use.

No warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Privacy

This website (marauder.cc) is purely informational. It does not set cookies, run analytics, or call out to third-party tracking services. The only outbound resources it loads are from github.com (for the repository links) and from your own browser cache.

Marauder itself, when self-hosted, stores data only on the database you point it at. There is no telemetry, no phone-home, no usage reporting. The audit log is local to your installation and visible only to administrators in the Marauder UI.
